Limited Warranty Coverage

Tow Forge provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural defects under normal intended use
  • Defective materials or workmanship
  • Items that fail under normal operating conditions during the warranty period

If a product is determined to be defective, Tow Forge may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the defective item
  • Repair the item
  • Issue a full or partial refund

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, surface rust, paint fading, etc.)
  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Misuse, abuse, overloading, or accidents
  • Damage caused by modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Improper maintenance or neglect
  • Damage caused during installation by third parties
  • Commercial misuse outside manufacturer specifications
  • Labor costs for installation or removal
  • Shipping damage not reported at delivery

Heavy-Duty & Trailer Component Disclaimer

Trailer axles, suspension systems, hitches, brakes, and towing components must be installed correctly and used within manufacturer-rated capacities. Failure to follow proper installation procedures or exceeding rated load capacities may void warranty coverage.

Professional installation is strongly recommended for all heavy-duty towing and trailer components.

Warranty Shipping

If a warranty claim is approved due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error on our part, Tow Forge will cover the replacement shipping costs.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs in certain non-defective warranty evaluations.

Limitation of Liability

Tow Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product sold, including but not limited to vehicle damage, trailer damage, cargo loss, lost profits, or personal injury resulting from improper installation or misuse.
