At Tow Forge, we specialize in heavy-duty trailer and towing components. To ensure reliable, fully trackable delivery for parts of all sizes, all orders are shipped exclusively via UPS.
Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.
Order Processing & Handling Time
- Handling Time: All orders require 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday) to process, pick, and pack before they are handed off to UPS.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (MST). Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next standard business day.
Transit Time
- Estimated Delivery: Once your order leaves our facility, standard transit time via UPS is 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Because we ship exclusively through UPS, your exact shipping rate is dynamically calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of the heavy-duty parts in your cart, as well as the delivery destination.
Heavy & Oversized Shipments (UPS Freight)
If your order contains oversized or heavy-duty items (such as complete trailer axles or massive 5th-wheel hitches) that exceed standard parcel limits, it will ship via UPS Freight on a pallet.
- Delivery Appointments: For oversized shipments, UPS will typically call the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.
- Commercial vs. Residential: Deliveries to commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift are highly recommended. Liftgate service may be required for residential or non-dock deliveries.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: You must inspect your freight shipment for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If the item is damaged, please note the damage with the UPS driver, refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately.
